Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lake City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Grubbing. 3. Excavation. 4. Sanitary sewer construction. 5. Sewer service construction. 6. Lift station construction. 7. Grinder pump station construction. 8. Site grading and site improvements. 9. Removing or abandoning septic tanks. 10. Bituminous street patching. 11. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 12. Traffic Control. 13. Other miscellaneous work shown on the plans or specified herein Question Deadline 02/27/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work includes the construction of approximately Grinder Pump Station with Related Electrical and Site Improvements 1 LS 4" HDPE HDD Forcemain 2600 LF Sanitary Sewer Manhole 4 EA Lift Station with Related Electrical and Site Improvements 1 LS 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main (Gravity) 550 LF Remove or Abandon Septic Tank 7 EA together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and Responsible Contractor Certification
