Pflugerville Middle School Modernization - The scope of work includes the renovation of Pflugerville Middle School The district intends to obtain substantial completion of this project by July 31, 2025 and final completion of this project by August 8, 2025. The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP's) for services related to Pflugerville Middle School Modernization. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. The scope of work includes the renovation of Pflugerville Middle School. The project is more adequately described within the project manual. 4. PfISD believes the information included in this RFP is materially accurate, however, the PfISD does not warrant this information to be free from errors or omissions. Proposers are encouraged to inspect the premises prior to submitting a response The deadline for submitting questions is February 27, 2025 @ 12:00 pm CST.
