Site work for a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 29, 2025, the project is cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Project consists of clearing, grubbing, drainage, tunneling and erosion control for the storm water improvements Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidders Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award notice. Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing, to Brian Hubbs, Construction and Contract Specialist, 1000 N. Central Street, Suite 100, Knoxville, TN 37917 at brian.hubbs@knoxcounty.org (Telephone 865-215-5753) no later than Monday, March 10, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. local time. All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by Knox County Procurement.
