The concentration of the product must be 99.0%. The product data sheet must accompany the tender form. The product will have to be delivered in minimum quantities of 25 metric tones for the Charles well and reservoir and for the Belle-Rivière well and reservoir. The City's needs are estimated at nearly 823 metric tones for the Charles well and reservoir and 50 metric tones for the Belle-Rivière well and reservoir per year. It should be noted that this estimate in no way commits the City to the quantities that will have to be delivered. The City undertakes to pay, at the unit price indicated in the tender schedule, the costs for the deliveries of products that will actually have been made.
