The project generally includes new taxiway edge lighting, cable, conduit and signage along a portion of Taxiway B north of Taxiway C. where the Contractor s name, contact name, address, telephone number, and email address will be recorded on the plan holders list. Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered nonresponsive. After award, the low bidder shall be prepared to hold bid prices for anticipated construction start date of Fall 2025, weather dependent. The execution of the Construction Contract is dependent upon the receipt of an ODOT grant offer and is not anticipated until May 2025, with an anticipated construction start date in the Fall of 2025. This Contract does not allow for price escalation in unit bid items. The Contractor shall take this into consideration when preparing unit prices for bidding. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. This contract has a DBE Goal of 2.5 percent. Contractor is expected to provide their Contractor s DBE Plan as part of their proposal.
