Renovation of an educational facility in Kuna, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Indian Creek Elementary School, 911 W 4th St, Kuna, ID 83634 SF: 29,312 Ross Elementary School, 610 N School Ave, Kuna, ID 83634 SF: 37,643 SF The installation of new mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems. Kuna School District will be accepting sealed bids for the Indian Creek and Ross Elementary HVAC projects. Bids received after the bid opening time will not be considered and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the bid opening time or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. The board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of Kuna School District. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, with a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified or cashier's check drawn on an Idaho Bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Kuna School District. In the event of bidder's failure to sign the contract or furnish the required Performance and Payment bonds, this bid surety will be forfeited. Bidders shall hold a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License in accordance with Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code as amended.
