Additionally, electrical upgrades include the installation of new relays, low voltage transformers, and circuit breakers to power the new control systems. Conduit runs for power and communication wire feeds and transformers will be concealed as much as possible, with exposed conduit primed by the contractor. The project also includes modifications to the exhaust fan system, integrating new controls such as reverse-acting thermostats, HOA starters, and damper actuators.
