Issued by: Portland State University Description PSU is proposing to construct a new housing building as set forth in this RFP (the "Project"). The proposed new building will be located on the site of the current Montgomery and Blackstone Buildings. These buildings will be demolished as part of this project. The new building will serve as student housing for PSU students. The building is currently scoped as a 7 story building with a total area of approximately 175,000 SF primarily comprised of single and double occupancy student rooms. This project design has not yet started and it is the intention that the selected CM/PM firm will participate in and manage the project from the start of design through the end of construction and early building occupancy. QUESTIONS Prospective Proposers must submit questions or requests for clarification or change via email to proposals@pdx.edu. Questions must be received by the deadline indicated in Section 1.8 Schedule. Questions and requests for clarification or changes that are received timely will be answered via addenda. Any changes to the RFP resulting from such questions will be made only via addenda to the RFP.
