Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work involved in this project consists principally of the following: Aggregate Base, 8 inch Hand Patching Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch ALTERNATE: Curb and Gutter, Conc, Det C4 A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the "Instructions to Bidders". The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project. Please submit all questions to zcole@traversecitymi.gov seven (7) days prior to bid due date. Questions deadline: 02/27/2025
