Central Community College is requesting bids to replace the existing chiller and associated mechanical and electrical support systems at the Dawson Building on their Hasting Campus. Bid documents info : A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 payable to Farris Engineering. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Question Deadline 03/05/2025 Contractors please note that no technical questions will be answered by the Engineer during the twentyfour (24) hours immediately preceding the bid opening date and time.
