Renovation of an educational facility in Lynn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall include BID SECURITY in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum including all add alternates. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 Direct questions in writing by email to sbignal@lancerarchitects.com The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Base bids may be held for the following period before award of Contract: Ninety (90) Days. The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond from an approved surety company, which will remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) years after date of final acceptance of work. Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall be in an amount equal to the following percentage of the Contract Sum: One hundred percent (100%) All Requests for Information During the Bidding Process Shall Be Submitted in Writing by Email to: sbignal@lancerarchitects.com. Steve Bignal is also available at phone number 317.408.4436. The project includes removing the existing chiller equipment and unused accessories and replacing them with new chiller equipment and accessories for an existing building. The Work includes a door, roof repair, sealant, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
