Reference Number 0000376757 Delivery Point: Weld County, Colorado The City of Greeley (Owner) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the Boomerang Front 9 Irrigation System and Pump Station Replacement (Project) and invites Contractors interested in alternative delivery projects to submit Proposals. The Proposal responses shall meet the requirements set forth in this RFP. As a part of the RFP, Minimum Qualification Requirements have been established and are defined in Attachment F (Statement of Qualifications Checklist). The Project includes three different sets of construction plans but will be constructed as one project. Project 1 includes replacement of the Front 9's and club house irrigation systems. Project 1's design is 100% complete. Project 2 includes construction of a Boomerang Irrigation and Stormwater Pond Outlet Pipe use for dewatering. Project 2's design is also 100% complete. Project 3 includes construction of new pump station to replace an existing pump station and excavation in the existing storage pond to increase volume. Project 3's design is 60% complete.
