Site work and renovation of a civil project in Ireton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water Treatment Plant: Installation of a new vertical turbine pump, piping, valves, electrical and control work, and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Removal and replacement of butterfly valves, expansion joints, and ATS. East Booster Station: Removal and replacement of two (2) centrifugal pumps, piping, electrical and control work, and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total bid if in the form of a Bid Bond, or five percent (5%) if in the form of a certified or bank check. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the Owner will return the bond of all except the three lowest, responsive, responsible bidders for each Schedule. The bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be retained until the earlier of seven days after the Effective Date of the Agreement or 35 days after the Bid opening. The bond of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract and surety bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid. Contractor's Proposals shall hold firm for thirty-five (35) days from the date of opening.
