Renovation of a parking garage in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing design phase and construction administration services for the proposed replacement and upgrade of the current hydraulic elevator systems located at the City of Annapolis owned Gott's Court Garage and Knighton Garage parking structures and the facility located at 25 Shaw Street. Also with this effort the current oil - water interceptor located at the Knighton Parking Garage facility will be evaluated, removed and replaced based on a new proposed design. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Special Requirements: Firms will be in good standing with the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. Firms not in good standing will not be considered until the business status is signified in good standing. Miscellaneous: Firms must and shall have experience with the design and construction administration of hydraulic elevator systems and associated equipment.
