For the purpose of discussing the proposed project. Prospective Proposers are encouraged to attend. All prospective Proposers are encouraged to obtain and review plans, specifications, and scope of work for this proposal before the preproposal conference so that they may be prepared to discuss any question or concerns they have concerning this project. A site visit may follow the pre-proposal conference.
