Ticket Booth, Concessions, Restroom Buildings. Press box includes concrete foundations, SOG /SOD, masonry back-up walls with brick façade, insulation board, waterproofing, conventional structural steel, metal roof deck with insulation board, mod bit type roofing, wood roof nailers, HM doors & frames, wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, p-lam casework, internally drained overhead roof systems. Restrooms /Concessions include similar construction with wall and floor tile, overhead rolling doors and counter shutters, toilet partitions and accessories. Dugout construction includes concrete foundations, masonry walls, steel framing, standing seam roofing, seating benches. The site scope of work includes: SWPPP, site demolition, underground utilities, landscaping, irrigation, concrete paving and sidewalks, parking lot lighting. HVAC package includes exhaust fans, mini-splits, and unit heaters. Technology systems include, underground fiber backbone, data cabling system, video surveillance, access control, intrusion system, and sound reinforcement.
