Renovation of a medical facility in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a hospital.

Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to Haut-Richelieu Hospital building. The scope of work includes corrective work on the facades of the facility - project HHR 24-021. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-summer 2025. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
