The University of Texas at El Paso (University or UTEP) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal No.724-2504-JBT (this "RFP") for Selection of a qualified vendor to provide a Stadium Floor Covering System, the system will provide a heavy-duty temporary flooring system for our football stadium that will provide comprehensive protection for the artificial turf while supporting major events, such as concerts, trade shows, and gala-type gatherings. The flooring system must be capable of handling high-traffic, heavy loads, and the specific requirements of outdoor and large-scale events. This system will also need to be flexible, easy to install and remove, and offer safe and aesthetic surfaces for the duration of the event. Approximate need is 105,000 sq/ft.
