Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Carlisle, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
All work as described for the Nicholas County High School Athletic - Phase 2 Track and Baseball Press Box, including but not limited to: site excavation & grading, concrete, site drainage, stone subbase, masonry, metal siding/roofing, and electrical & plumbing. Artificial turf will be by separate contract with Owner. Bid Security equal to 5% of Base Bid will be required, in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check. Successful low bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bond for contract signing for all labor and materials (including DPOs - Materials purchased directly from suppliers) as part of this contract. Questions or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Architect. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner or forfeit of Bid Security for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the date for receipt of bids.
