Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Upgrades and redevelopment of the bank of the former marina of Commodore and Écores - Project 16877. The scope of work includes the restoration and preservation of natural environments and creation of facilities that will provide access to the riverbank, to nature in the city, to water, and to river heritage. The scope of work also includes the installation of a building for nautical activities of non-motorized shallow-draft boats (canoe, kayak, paddle board). TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Working drawings are expected to begin in spring 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in late summer/early fall 2026.
