A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Surface milling the entire roadway down two inches, asphalt overlay, installation of pavement markings and markers, and subgrade repair along roadway project limits. Match existing pavement markings, except where provided, and conform to the TMUTCD. The projects limits are New Hope Dr (Lakeline Blvd to N Bell Blvd), Cedar Park Dr (Lakeline Blvd to N Bell Blvd), Buttercup Creek Blvd (Nelson Ranch Lp to Nelson Ranch Rd), Brushy Creek Rd (S Bell Blvd to Buffalo Ave), and Park St (Lakeline Blvd to Derek Dr). All work performed within the vicinity of schools along Lakeline Blvd must be completed during the summer before school resumes. Work on Brushy Creek Rd to be coordinated with Bell District SUP project schedule and CapMetro work zone requirements. Construction services for this project will be selected through competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Chapter 2269, of the Texas Government Code. The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal and 10% proposed schedule. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is $2,157,639.
