Thin Mill and Overlay consisting of 3/4 inch edge milling along the lip of gutter & conform milling into intersections, 1 inch asphalt overlay, raising valves and manholes, 2 inch milling and overlay with 2 inch HMACP, and pavement markings and markers. In addition, subgrade repair for roadway, curb and gutter, and sidewalk along Heppner Dr, curb and gutter replacement at various locations on Post Oak Circle, grading, and construction of a sidewalk drainage structure at the intersection of Cedar Park Drive and Bell Blvd. The project includes work areas located in the Blue Oaks Estates, Buttercup Creek, Cardinal Estates, Crossing at Carriage Hills, Cypress Mill, Oakwood Glen, Parkway, Quarry Oaks, Rogann Haven, Settler's Creek, West Park Oaks, and Whitestone Oaks subdivisions. Construction services for this project will be selected through competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Chapter 2269, of the Texas Government Code. The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal and 10% proposed schedule. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is $2,666,036. Each PROPOSAL must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent (5%) of PROPOSER's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
