Each location has specific requirements including dates for construction, guidelines for site/construction limits and coordination with Owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review bid documents for specific information. The Work shall include: a. Traffic and erosion control b. Preparation/Construction of subgrade c. Pavement mill and overlay d. Full depth asphalt pavement reconstruction e. HMA Pavement application f. Adjustment of existing utilities as necessary g. Construction of high early strength concrete pavement h. Site restoration- topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and erosion mat i. Pavement Marking 1.
