Site work and new construction of a civil project in Underwood, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the following: Construction of a new water treatment facility consisting of the following: Construction of a new precast and masonry building. Installation of a packaged gravity filter for iron and manganese removal. Construction of a new clearwell reservoir and backwash holding tank. Installation of chemical feed systems. Installation of high service pumps and backwash pump. Installation of process piping, valves, and fittings. Installation of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems. Installation of electrical system and controls. Question Deadline 03/13/2025 ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE OFFICE OF: Apex Engineering Group, Inc., Ryan Kotta, PE at 612-328-3318 or by email at Ryan.Kotta@ApexEngGroup.com. All questions must be received in writing or by email on or before seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Responses to technical questions will be issued by addendum within five (5) days prior to the bid opening.
