The Town of Fort Erie invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the design, supply, and installation of playground equipment and surfacing at AC Douglas Park #1, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). AC Douglas Park #1 is an existing neighborhood park located at River Trail, Fort Erie, Ontario, L0S 1S0. The park currently includes a playground, basketball, and tennis courts and is primarily frequented by local residents. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified play equipment manufacturers to provide innovative and high-quality play equipment and engineered wood fiber surfacing as part of the playground redevelopment. The work must be done in coordination with the associated site work. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Design, supply, and installation of new play equipment Installation of engineered wood fiber surfacing Provision of a 3D rendering for public consultation A separate Request for Tender (RFT) has been issued for the associated site work. Proposals will be evaluated based on the quality, durability, and unique features of the proposed play equipment, as well as the overall design concept.
