Completion Date: June 15, 2026 Doc Notes: Copies of Bidding Documents may only be obtained upon payment of $22.00 through the Spicer Group bidding via online. Please contact online for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with the digital project information. An additional charge of $50.00 will be required for sending out printed versions of the Bidding Documents. Pre bid notes: Representatives of the Eaton County Drain Commissioner and Engineer will be available at the pre-bid conference to discuss the Drain Contract. Prospective Bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference. Attendance will be taken. Only bids from Bidders in attendance at the pre-bid conference will be opened. All other bids will be considered non-responsive and will be disqualified from bidding on the Drain Contract.
