Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
Additional sets may be purchased as indicated in Instructions to Bidders by contacting Wold Architects and Engineers. This project includes replacement of wood flooring in the existing aerobics room, pool filter system replacement, outdoor leisure pool tile repair, removal of plaster and recoating exposed rebar, replastering the pool, pool lighting replacement, and replacement of the stair tower, platform, and railings at the outdoor leisure pool slide. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Follow the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids. Bidders are required to be licensed. Follow State Law.
