Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for the addition of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Expansion of the Emergency Department at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital. The objective is to enhance the clinical environment by converting existing space to space suitable for use in an emergency department setting. This will require relocation of blood collection/lab space as well as administrative space. TIMELINE: RFP for Prime Architectural Consultant services has been awarded. Scope of work will include feasibility & schematic design, design development to construction documentation. Further details and project schedules may be confirmed in 2026. *Budget has not been released.
