The furnishing and delivering the City's requirements for Liquid Alum, Liquid Caustic Soda, Fluosilicic Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite 12%, Liquid Sodium Permanganate, Calcium Nitrate and Calcium Hydroxide/Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry Blend during a one-year period from April 16, 2025 until April 15, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Bids may be rejected for any reason determined by the Owner's governing board to be in the best interest of the City. If a contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the bids for performance of the contract. The City also reserves the right to waive informalities. Upon award by the City Council, the City will give the Successful Bidder a Notice of Award. No exceptions, unrequested additions, deletions, purported clarifications, and/or any other types of modifications of the proposed forms, terms, conditions, and specifications may be submitted with the bid package. No information/documentation beyond what is specifically requested is to be submitted. Any bid containing such exceptions or modifications will be deemed nonresponsive, and, accordingly will not be considered.
