The buildings are three (3) stories high and half a basement, and include fifteen (15) dwellings. The dwelling typology is divided into four (4) dwellings of one (1) bedroom, eight (8) dwellings of two (2) bedrooms and three (3) dwellings of three (3) bedrooms. The foundations of the buildings are in concrete, the structure of the building is in concrete, steel and wood and its exterior walls are in masonry. During the construction, the dwellings will be occupied. The current planning is for work to begin in spring 2025, but this date may be changed by MHMO. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra uest from the successful tenderer. The work shall be completed within a maximum of 155 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of engagement for commencement of work.
