The contractor shall furnish all materials (excluding pipe, fittings, and valves) labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the FMTUA's project known as AZ Village Waterline Replacement for Mohave Valley, Arizona as called for in the plans. The successful proposer will be required to lend all possible assistance in the preparation, investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Drinking Water Tribal Set-Aside grant. The successful proposer should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code. All bids must be presented on the prescribed forms included in the contract documents. Failure to complete all of the required forms may result in rejection of the bid. Bidders are hereby notified that federal funds are being used to assist in the construction of this project and, accordingly, Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable federal laws, including, but not limited to the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented by Department of Labor Regulation (29 C.F.R. Part 3). In addition, all wages must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon wage rate determination of this project. The Fort Mojave Tribal Utilities Authority reserves the right to accept the lowest, responsive, responsible bid of any bidder eligible to participate in federally funded projects; to consider alternatives; or reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities deemed advantageous to the FMTUA.
