This classroom replacement project removes aging relocatable buildings and constructs a new classroom building. Included in the project are approximately 14 new classrooms including 5 general classrooms, 5 Career Technical Education (CTE) classrooms, 4 CTE labs, and support spaces; removal of 8 relocatable buildings, 6 of which do not comply with State standards, containing 11 classrooms, administrative spaces, and a Los Angeles Unified Personnel Commission satellite office; site improvements include new campus-wide fire alarm system, new parking lot, and new marquee as well as upgrades to utilities, landscaping, hardscaping, and accessibility; and facilities improvements necessary for the relocation of the Los Angeles Unified Personnel Commission satellite office, which may include but is not limited to, office partitions, utility upgrades, signage, and furniture at a new location to be determined. The 5 CTE Programs supported by the new classrooms include Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Radiologic Technician, and X-Ray Technician. The project is included in the Los Angeles Unified School District's FY 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 16, 2026, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to the second quarter of 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
