This exterior upgrades project replaces approximately 72,000 square feet of paving in the main and kindergarten playgrounds, parking and utility areas. The scope of work includes solar reflective coating in playgrounds, greening and landscaping throughout the campus, and privacy fencing where needed. The project also provides a new fire alarm system with emergency voice alarm communication (EVAC) for the entire site, storm drain system improvements, approximately 200 linear feet of underground utilities, and accessibility upgrades.
