PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK (included but not limited to): This project will provide an outdoor classroom, with at least 10 learning stations, by dividing the existing playground into distinct activity areas covering 6,075 square feet. Campus upgrades include new HVAC units, new roofing, a new shade structure, a new water bottle filling station, new paving, new landscaping, and accessibility upgrades. III. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PHASE All work to occur after school hours 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM for school instructional-days and 7 AM to 3:30 PM with no school recess. Saturday work is mandatory by contractor as needed to meet project schedule. Contractor be advised the District may have other projects on site and will also hold other school programs after normal school hours and during recess sessions which contractor is required to work around. There are work restrictions where various work (encompassing multiple disciplines and locations) is limited to start and be complete during certain school recess sessions, also where start of work in some areas will be contingent on completing work at other areas.
