The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project. The scope of work includes partial demolition, new construction, asbestos abatement, removal and replacement of flooring, painting, HVAC, fire suppression and electrical.
