Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project. The scope of work includes partial demolition, new construction, asbestos abatement, removal and replacement of flooring, painting, HVAC, fire suppression and electrical. Deadline for questions: March 6, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov. General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work) and DCAMM Update Statement. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
