The Government intends to hold a Site Visit 15 April 2025 Title: Vandenburg Space Force Base Campus Consolidation Electrical Infrastructure Project The NRO Facilities at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) are currently spread throughout the base at various locations. Previous master planning efforts have identified a "campus" area in and around an existing cluster of existing NRO facilities (an area roughly bounded by 29th Street, 35th Street, New Mexico Avenue, and California Boulevard). Final master planning efforts are currently under way to finalize the campus consolidation vision. The first step in realizing this vision is to bring reliable redundant power to this campus area at VSFB. The purpose of this effort is to provide two new, 12.47 kV electrical circuits, one from Substation B and one from Substation C to the previously identified NRO campus consolidation area. The NRO intends to release an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on the Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website in March 2025. Additional details regarding this effort will be provided at that time. Interested parties will be required to have an ARC account to view the solicitation, and are encouraged to ensure they have access prior to the anticipated release date identified in this notice.
