**As of May 29, 2025, the project was awarded to S-Core Technologies , with an awarded amount of $104,897.98.** Agency Laramie County Community College Bid Contact Abbie Connally (307) 778-1280 aconnally@lccc.wy.edu 1400 E College Drive Cheyenne, WY 82007 Laramie County Community College located in Cheyenne, WY is seeking bids for new dry-pipe fire protection piping and sprinkler system to be installed throughout the Arena and Horse Stall Wing. Contractor will install nitrogen generator/compressor for sprinkler zones in Fire Riser Room. New dry-pip fire protection systems to be installed concurrent with existing wet system. The existing fire sprinkler system is to remain in operation until new dry system is installed and functional- limiting the time the building in not protected with a fire suppression system. Existing wet-pipe piping then to be demolished throughout.
