As the second phase of the Holyrood Boardwalk Development, The Town of Holyrood is proposing the upgrading of a portion of the Festival Grounds as illustrated in the drawings contained within this public tender. The proposed work generally consists of the construction of a wood frame Green Room/Stage with associated concrete deck and foundations, and electrical, water, and sanitary servicing. Site work includes a small parking lot, pole lights, wood decked rest area, walkways, and planting. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
