Site work for a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All questions regarding this project are due no later than Tuesday, February 18, 2025 by 5pm. Questions must be emailed to felix tong@sfgov.org and cc bridget.webster@sfgov.org The Project is described as: furnish and install new irrigation system irrigation installation at Allyne Park in San Francisco as show in Attachment 1, including all appurtenances required to complete installation. Contractor is responsible for off-hauling all spoils The contractor is to use extreme caution while driving vehicles in the parks. Vehicles must drive on paved pathways whenever possible and must travel no faster than 5 MPH with all flashers illuminated. Additionally, at least one spotter shall walk alongside vehicles inside the park. Contractor shall lay down plywood vehicle paths prior to driving on turf areas. b. If temporary street parking is required, Contractor shall arrange with SFMTA for permits at least 3 weeks before construction. c. Equipment staging can occur on RPD property if required. Staging can be arranged in advance with the site personnel and with the project manager, Felix Tong (415) 260-9478, (felix.tong@sfgov.org). d. Contractor responsible for coordinating all utility marking prior to digging. e. Contractor responsible for obtaining all necessary building, structural, and construction permits & inspections as required for the project. f. All spoils to be legally disposed off-site by contractor. g. Dust control measures must be implemented during all phases of construction. All dust and debris must be cleaned prior to reopening this area of the park. h. Green Halo: The City uses GreenHalo to report waste recovery. All contractors and subcontractors are required to submit trucking slips, waste diversion plan and all forms for meeting San Francisco's Mandatory Recycling and Compost Ordinance on TRADES REQUESTED: IRRIGATION | PLUMBING | LANDSCAPING | FENCING
