TIMELINE: Contract for landscape architecture services to complete design has been awarded following request for proposals # 495/2025. Reference # 20097700. 30% of design is to be completed by January, 2026. 70% of design is to be completed by March, 2026. 90% of design is to be completed by June, 2026. All documents for permits and funding application is to be completed by July, 2026. Tender call is anticipated in spring, 2027, subject to funding availability. Construction is expected to start in May, 2027, will last 24 months.
