Reference Number 0000377132 Clean-up and lawful disposal of waste at encampment in Cochran Park - located on the northern side, outside the playground and pathway, and above Yonkers Avenue - access from the Walnut Street driveway - the site is open to the public - and bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Work may include, but is not limited to: assessment and planning; site evaluation by a cleanup crew or environmental expert; permitting, planning, and coordination with local authorities; assessment of hazardous materials (e.g., needles,) and need for specialized cleaning; workers for the cleanup crew/security; disposal and lawful waste removal, which could include general debris, personal belongings, hazardous materials (e.g., needles), and biohazard waste. The City will coordinate with Yonkers Police when contractor is ready to commence work. Work to commence during normal working hours. Contractors must submit their NYSDOL Certificate of Registration when submitting their quote. Place of Performance: Cochran Park, Oliver Avenue, Yonkers, Ny 10701 Failure to submit the Certificate of Registration with your quote will result in the disqualification of your quote.
