Reference Number 0000383942 The County of Orange ("County") seeks qualified Vendor(s) to provide the replacement of two (2) canopies and the inspection of existing canopy frame systems and recovering of two (2) additional canopies at The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation, located at 2 Glenmere Cove Road, Goshen, New York 10924 ("Facility"), as more fully described in the Specifications portion of this RFB. The successful bidder ( "Vendor") awarded a contract under this RFB ("Contract") shall remove and dispose of all existing material in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, local laws, codes, rules, regulations, as may be amended from time to time and manufacture and install customer replacement canopy frames and canopy covers as set forth in this Scope and the Specifications portion of this RFB. Only one (1) Contract will be awarded under this RFB.
