Renovation of an educational facility in Towson, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of the buildings Main Electrical Switchboard and associated electrical distribution system. General Scope & Services 1.1 The specifications that follow are being offered to qualify and select a contractor to provide specified Electrical System Upgrade at Loch Raven High School for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of the buildings Main Electrical Switchboard and associated electrical distribution system. 1.2 The Award Bidder shall furnish all materials, supervision, labor, equipment and other facilities necessary and proper to properly provide these services in accordance with the specifications. Award may include design services. 1.3 The purchase of these services are pending approval and allocation of funds by the Board of Education. BCPS reserves the right to award the contract as described in this specification in part or whole, and also reserves the right not to award a contract for any reason. 1.4 The requirements listed are intended as an aid to the bidder to acquaint him with what is required to execute the work on this contract. The bidder is responsible for site visitation, field measurements, and confirmation of existing conditions
