The Wildwoods Convention Center that sealed bids for Cooling Tower Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder with the notation: Attention MICHAELA LABOUNTY: Bid for Cooling Tower A Bid Bond Equal to 10% of the Amount of the Bid but Not in Excess of $20,000 is Required to Ensure the Signing of a Contract if a Contract Is Offered. A Concent of Surety is Required to Assure That if a Contract is Awarded, the Insurance Company Will Provide a Performance Bond. Question Deadline 03/03/2025 Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Authoritys representative Scope of work Cooling Tower replacement -Replacement tower must be 2-cell BAC XES3E-1222-10N or equivalent -Turn off both 19XR chillers -Disconnect all existing cooling tower piping -Disconnect existing electrical components -Remove and dispose of all electrical raceways and wiring back to the electrical trough -Bidder to hire roofer to expose roofing for new steel dunnage post supports -Using a crane, remove and dispose of exiting cooling tower -Remove and dispose of existing steel dunnage -Furnish and install new hot dipped galvanized steel dunnage post -Set new cooling tower in place onto new steel dunnage -Bidder to hire roofer to seal roofing after new steel dunnage post are installed -Install all field installed accessories on the cooling tower -Adapt and reconnect all existing piping to connect the new cooling towers -Remove and replace two (2) existing actuate butterfly valves; Valves included in pricing -Furnish and install new raceway and wiring from trough to new cooling tower -Remove and replace two (2) existing NEMA 1 VFD's or equivalent. -Remove and replace two (2) existing pipe supports -Remove and replace all exterior piping heat trace -Remove and replace all exterior insulation -Integrate controls for the two (2) new NEMA 1 VFD's or equivalent. -Perform start-up on cooling tower -Start up both 19XR chillers
