The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replacement of existing cafeteria serving lines inside Humble High School. These improvements include electrical and architectural finishes scope associated with the serving lines. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) contract. 1.5 WORK BY OWNER AND UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. Cooperate fully with Owner so Work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying the work or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work with Work performed by Owner.The Owner reserves the right to let separate contract for Work outside of the scope of this Contract. Cooperate fully with separate contractors so Work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with Work performed under separate contracts. C. Purchase Contracts: The Owner reserves the right to negotiate purchase contracts with suppliers of material and equipment that may be incorporated into the Work. The Owner will assign these purchase contracts to Contractor.
