Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rosamond, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of October 30, 2025, this project has been cancelled. The project, in general, consists of providing all labor and equipment necessary to reno-vate the Baseball Field (approx. 110,000 sq. ft.) & Softball Field (approx. 65,000 sq ft.) which includes: Cut about 2" of old infield mix and dispose material and applying new in-field mix, grading compacting and apply new surface conditioner, replace base pegs, homeplate, and pitching rubber. Rebuild pitching circle and homeplate batter's box. Re-build bullpen, new pitching rubber and homeplates. Fraze mow to get rid of the over-grown turf, transition lips and washed away infield mix along the pitching mounds and homeplate, and dispose material. After removing the overgrown material, we will apply topsoil to fill in all the low spots. Once applied , watered and compacted, aeration will be applied. Followed through with top dressing for drainage and then apply seed with drill seeder. Finally topped with top dressing and fertilize, which improves soil fertility and root structure for overseeding application.
