The project is generally bound by Lakeshore Drive and Mills Street from Country Club Boulevard to Avenue 6 in the City of Lake Elsinore. The project consists of installing approximately 14,200 linear feet of gravity sewer to serve about 200 residences. In addition to the gravity main system design, the project includes lateral installation, manhole construction, grinder pump installation where required including electrical panel upgrade, connection to each property, septic tank abandonment and street restoration improvements. The project includes all work located on private property to complete conversion of each address opted into the program
