Mechanical Upgrades: Heritage Manor 1, 9819 107th Ave, Fort St. John, BC Heritage Manor 2, 9824 106th Ave, Fort St. John, BC Brief Description of Work Heritage Manor 1 is a three-storey wood-framed building built in 2002. This senior housing building consists of 35 one and two-bedroom units. Heritage Manor 2 is a three-storey wood-framed building built in 2007. This building is operated as a care facility and consists of 24 one-bedroom units. The scope of work for both buildings is, but not limited to: Install Heat Pump coil for the AHUs; Install Air Source Heat Pump for DHW; Consultant to install an ultrasonic flow meter to monitor hot water demand to right size equipment. TIMELINE: Request for Quotation to provide consulting services for mechanical upgrades for the project has closed. A preferred proponent has yet to be identified. Further update in late summer 2026, pending award.
