Site work and outdoor lighting for an educational facility in Lantzville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Proposed Seaview Elementary School Daycare site is located at 7001 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC, within District of Lantzville (DoL) limits. A general description of the scope of work is as follows and as noted on the Drawings: a. Installation of construction of the permanent gravel access road, b. Installation of erosion & sediment control works as per tender drawings including removal once project is complete, c. Stripping and removal off site of existing grass field and unsuitable material including contaminated soils to competent subgrade (geotechnical reports attached), within structural fill, play areas and access lane footprint, d. Location of existing utilities within the project area, e. Installation of water servicing, sanitary sewer servicing, storm sewer servicing works, f. Installation of electrical/communications works, g. Placement of structural fill and base course topping surface, h. Placement of the granular subbase and driveway chip gravel access lane and Installation of the asphalt walkway, gravel walkway and gravel parking lot, i. Finished grading and placement of topsoil & seed, j. All surface restoration of project perimeter to match existing conditions or better, k. Include sub-trades as required.
