Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pavement Rehabilitation - St. Anne's Road from Fermor Avenue to St. Mary's Road. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a)Pavement Rehabilitation (i)Planing of existing asphalt; (ii)Installation of catch basin/catch pits and connection pipe; (iii)Abandon existing drainage inlets; (iv)Full-depth concrete repairs of existing joints and slabs; (v)Removal / Renewal of existing curbs; (vi)Construction of monolithic barrier curb with splash strip (slip-form paving); (vii)Renewal of existing medians as required; (viii)Renewal of existing sidewalk; (ix)Construction of monolithic curb and concrete sidewalk with block outs; (x)Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes and appurtenances; (xi)Placement of pavement repair fabric as required; (xii)Placement of asphalt overlay (Type MS1, 90mm average thickness); (xiii)Installation of Traffic Signals Bases, Service Pits and Conduits; (xiv)Boulevard restoration, sod, and stump grinding. The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before May 20, 2025, and shall commence the Work on Site no later than June 2, 2025, as directed by the Contract Administrator and weather permitting.
